James Green Named Driver of the 4th Quarter 2011

Des Moines, IA January 5, 2012 — TMC recently named TMC driver James Green with the Driver of the Fourth Quarter award for 2011.

James has been a driver with TMC for 6 years. He is an extremely hard worker and performs his job safely. James is also a driver trainer and was named Trainer of the Year in 2009. He is an exceptional example of what the TMC Driver of the Quarter represents.

“What is a definition of a team player? The answer, Jim Green!” says his fleet manager, Glenda Miller.  “He is a ‘Go to person’, he volunteers to help others with tarping, securing, trip planning, logs or whatever is needed at the time.  He does an excellent job for me and TMC, giving 110 percent. He is a hard worker and dedicated to doing the job the best that he can, which is evidenced by his safety record, excellent revenue and extremely low out of route.”

Criteria for Driver of the Quarter recognition includes years of service with the company,
safe driving record, excellent customer service, professionalism and overall quality performance. Once a driver is recognized as a Driver of the Quarter they are eligible to receive the prestigious Wheel Master Award.
