TMC has developed an EDI compatible communications system called OMNI. We can integrate with any Customer through practically any protocol and file format, and are not limited to just standard ANSI EDI formats.

TMC offers many Customer service functions via the Internet. With your personal login and password, you have the ability to obtain copies of proofs of delivery and bills of lading. It also has real time shipment tracking capabilities and offers informative carrier performance reports. E-Billing reports are customizable and allow you to download all of your freight detail into a spreadsheet for your own reconciliation purposes.  Our LoadTrack! system allows you to provide your own Customers with a unique tracking number for every shipment.

TMC's satellite communications and GPS system allows constant communication between drivers and our office staff.   Hourly (or better) GPS reports fuel our LoadTrack and Omni systems for the most accurate reporting of each shipment.

TMC Web Services is a set of tools that can be used to extract information in real time over a secured internet connection between the customer and TMC. This data can be loaded into any XML compatible Transportation Management System (TMS).
