Welcome to the new Destination: Excellence! At TMC we are always looking for ways to improve our business - to be more efficient and more effective. The new TMC newsletter is a good example of this. By moving our corporate newsletter to an electronic format we can deliver TMC news and updates more frequently and directly to your inbox. Publishing electronically is also more cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Continuous quality improvement is a way of life at TMC. It is what we live by. It is what drives us to not only meet, but exceed our customer's expectations. We are fortunate to have an experienced customer service group that is in tune with our customers' needs and expectations. Our driver fleet is the finest in the industry and exhibits this with their unparalleled on-time and claim-free delivery percentages. It is their dedication to TMC and to our customers that truly makes us as successful as we are. As we look to the future in this ever changing economy we are guided by our commitment to quality improvement. We will continue to look for new and innovative ways to satisfy our customers' needs. This year we have expanded our services to the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, Canada based upon the many requests from our customer base. As you read through TMC's new and improved newsletter, I would like to call your attention to the stories of two TMC drivers who exemplify the TMC spirit.
