Heard From the RoadWe just had a phone call from a consignee regarding Ray Faulk, #81459. Mike from Comi Distribution in Arnold, Mo.,
called to compliment Ray regarding the delivery he had made there. Mike said that they had just had a huge thunderstorm
roll through the area and they were trying to get some of their own trucks out that had been delayed. Ray walked up,
introduced himself, and let them know he would be in his truck when they were ready, without pressuring them to get him
unloaded. When they were ready to unload him, he assisted, pulling plastic as they did so the load of wallboard would not
get wet. Mike said Ray was very professional and went way above and beyond the call of duty. Robert Cline #9374 was a really nice guy. He came over and gave me a hand while tarping in Jackson, Tenn. We need more drivers like him. Thanks. I would like to thank truck #9402 (Jesse Beasley) for helping me secure my load the proper was for pulling slinkys for the first time. I just spoke to Mr. Tom Denborn who is a driver with Schneider. He wanted to comment on Bruce's professionalism while driving on I-70 in Illinois. Bruce passed Mr. Denborn, and instead of cutting back over immediately Bruce was observed checking his mirrors several times and increased the distance between the two trucks before signaling and changing lanes back into the right lane. Mr. Denborn said he was "a classic example of a professional driver" and wanted to recognize him. I just wanted to send you a message of thanks regarding our Customer Service Representative Jane Mayer. I have worked with TMC as my carrier since 2002, both in my time at Georgia Pacific and now with Roseburg. Jane Mayer is simply the best carrier representative I have ever dealt with in my 14 years as a shipper. We truly appreciate her honesty, integrity and warm personality. Thank you for Jane!!! We had several drivers fill in at Home Depot Dacula, Ga., this week. David from Home Depot was very thankful for TMC's help especially truck #91886 George Creamer. David said all the drivers were very professional and easy to work with. |
