Heard From the RoadTeri Gonzalez from Lincoln, Nebr., called in to let us know how great, polite and respectful Mark Ferguson (#92395) was. He was making a delivery in her area, following directions and was in a spot where he would have to run over her property making the turn to his shipper. He stopped and actually was blocking her drive, but apologized profusely and got her assistance with a better way to get into the concrete plant. She is completely impressed with Mark and our company because she has had nothing but trouble with the concrete company. This weekend I was camping in Oklahoma's national park and saw one of TMC's trucks. I went back to look at it and the driver was waxing the truck and all of the chrome. I was very impressed by his attitude and the pride he took in his truck. I told him that I was going to e-mail the company and he asked me to not use his name, but nothing was ever said about the truck number. He drives truck #92277 (Gregory Bolding). [Bolding] talked highly about TMC and said that even though he has only been with the company for a short time, TMC treats you like a person, not a number. He said he would know since he worked for only one other company in the 30+ years of driving. Once again, I can't say how nice he was. There should be more truck drivers like him. Thanks for your time. I just had a phone call from Mr. Matthew Sigler. Matt is an owner operator for another company and had his wallet stolen while in the Dallas area this week. Our driver, Roy, found the wallet and took the initiative to track down Matt and contact him. Matt is now in the Kansas City area and Roy has made arrangements to bring his wallet to him. Matt said he couldn't wait to meet Roy to be able to thank him personally. He said that he was very polite and professional and was going way above and beyond. |
