Huber Engineered Woods LLC Honors TMCTMC Transportation was recently recognized by Huber Engineered Woods LLC for Outstanding Carrier Performance in the third quarter of 2009. Huber Engineered Woods recognizes the following TMC customer service representatives: Jeff Amershek, Coy White, Lisa Rubbo, Matt Schrauth, David Johnson and Sean Kelly and all of the drivers for excellent customer service for the third quarter of 2009. To achieve this award, carriers must receive a score of 97 or better. In the third quarter, TMC received a score of 99. The scoring is based on accepted and rejected loads, on time pick-up and delivery, and claim-free freight. "None of this would be possible if it weren't for the great team of people that we have here at TMC," says Travis Johnson, EVP of Operations. "The CSRs, fleet managers and drivers are the ones who make it all happen and provide great service to our customers." |
