TMC has a long history of hiring current and former military personnel into every job category we have. Currently, over 36% of TMC's flatbed trucking fleet is comprised of Veterans. VA Benefits

If you are soon to be, or were recently discharged from the Armed Forces and are eligible for education benefits, give us a call. TMC can offer you a great opportunity in a new career under the Montgomery GI or Post 9/11 benefits through the Veterans Administration. Eligible Veterans can earn up to $1,398.00 per month paid directly to you by the Veterans Administration for up to 24 months. These TAX FREE benefits are in addition to your TMC earnings. Eligibility is determined by the VA and depends upon your years of service.

Eligibility requirements

For eligible Veterans, getting into our professional truck driver OTR program involves just a few simple steps.

• Complete an online TMC driver application
• Follow up on your application by contacting a TMC recruiter at 800.247.2862
• Once your application is approved, schedule yourself for TMC orientation
• Complete VA OJT forms at orientation (we'll help guide you!)

National Hire a Veteran Day is July 25th of each year. Dan Caporale, Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, founded the day by his organization, “Hire Our Heroes”, in 2017 as a call to action to hire more Veterans.

Meet our full-time military recruiter, Ryan Robida. Ryan is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant and has a long history of recruiting for the U.S. Army. He spends a large portion of his time on the road visiting with service members across the country during his presentations for TMC. His calendar is located below.
