Pay & Benefits

Pulling a TMC-owned trailer, you will receive 70% to 73% of the load's gross revenue
Pulling your own trailer, you will receive 75% to 78% of the load's gross revenue
100% of all fuel surcharges are passed onto you!
Company-paid cargo and liability insurance
Reduced rates on physical damage and bobtail insurance
Workman's compensation

Qualifications

TMC strives to lease the best of the best in the trucking industry. We are always looking for professional owner operators who meet the following requirements:

23 years of age
At least one full year of recent verifiable driving experience
Must have recent flatbed experience
Valid Class A CDL
No more than three moving violations within the last five years
Solid work history
No DUI's or reckless driving less than five years old
No felony convictions
Able to perform essential functions of the job with no restrictions
