VA Approved On the Job Training Program (OJT)
TMC has a long history of hiring current and former military personnel into every job category we have. In recognition of this special relationship and of your service to our country, TMC is proud to offer military Veterans the opportunity to enroll in our VA approved OJT program.
If you are soon to be or recently discharge from the Armed Forces and are eligible for education benefits under the Montgomery GI, or Post 9/11 benefits through the Veterans Administration, give us a call and discuss how TMC can offer you a great opportunity in a new career. Eligible veterans can earn up to $1,104.75 per month paid directly to you by the Veterans Administration. These TAX FREE benefits are in addition to your TMC earnings. Eligibility is determined by the VA and depends on your years of service.

Have your GI Bill (Chapter 30, 1606, 1607) or Post 9/11 available.
For eligible veterans, getting into our professional truck driver OJT program involves just a few simple steps.
- Complete an on-line TMC driver application
- Follow up on your application by contacting a TMC recruiter 888-247-2862 ext 2
- Once your application is approved, schedule yourself for TMC orientation
- Fill out VA OJT forms at orientation
If you are a military veteran who does not wish to use your VA Benefits or is not eligible, we welcome you to apply as a student driver.
