    Driver trainers are vital to the TMC training department, and each month a trainer is chosen who demonstrates the outstanding qualities TMC looks for in a trainer. The Trainer of the Month recipient is chosen based on their safety record and the safety performance of their trainees, the number of drivers trained, and the retention percentage of those drivers.

  • National Hire a Veteran Day

    National Hire a Veteran Day is tomorrow, July 25th. Dan Caporale, veteran of the United States Marine Corps, founded the day by his organization, “Hire Our Heroes”, in 2017 as a call to action to hire more veterans. Here at TMC, we respect our veterans and are grateful for what they have done for our country. TMC has a long history of hiring current and former military personnel into every job category.

  • Meet 2020 Driver of the 1st Quarter: Charles Locklear

    Driver of the Quarter recognition includes years of service with the company, safe driving record, excellent customer service, professionalism and overall quality performance. Once a driver is recognized as a Driver of the Quarter they are eligible to receive the prestigious Wheel Master Award. Congrats Charles Locklear on earning Driver of the 1st Quarter!
