Who We Are

Mike Crist

Mike Crist, Executive Vice President of Logistics, leads the Logistics Division at TMC and oversees both day-to-day operations and larger strategic goals. He brings 13 years of experience in pricing, operations, and sales leadership in brokerage and asset to the role, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management from Iowa State University. An active member of his church, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and working out at the gym.

Jordan Olsen

Jordan Olsen is Senior Vice President of Product Strategy. He works with leaders across TMC to connect priorities, coordinate roadmaps, and develop and refine solutions, ensuring that key initiatives are successful and impactful. A graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in supply chain management and marketing, he has been part of the TMC team for over a decade. When he is not at work, he enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with his wife and their son.

Keith Chyla

Keith Chyla is Vice President of Logistics and leads the Sales and Account Management teams for TMC Logistics. He has been helping clients transform their supply chain into a competitive advantage, solving supply chain challenges, and building strong customer relationships for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Keith enjoys spending his free time with family in the great outdoors, volunteering at church, and serving as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America.

Steve Feldmann

As Vice President of Logistics, Steve Feldmann oversees several TMC logistics branches, leads the general manager team, and fosters collaboration and customer success. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the logistics field to the role, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. When he is not working, he enjoys being outdoors, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his three granddaughters.

Marcy Noble

Marcy Noble, Vice President of Logistics, supervises several logistics offices and works to foster collaboration, develop the general manager team, and support customer growth. She has held a number of different roles in the transportation field over the last 30 years, giving her a unique view into the industry. Previously, she served in the US Army as a member of the military police in Germany. In her free time, she likes to ride her motorcycle and spend time with her family.

Andrew Fischer

As General Manager – Excess, Andrew Fischer leads the team responsible for transporting Asset’s excess freight. He has been with TMC for over a decade, and he previously spent three years at another logistics company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children and traveling to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Sam Philip

Sam Philip is General Manager of TMC’s Logistics Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including establishing processes and procedures, developing talent, and formulating overall strategy. He has 25 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics field, and he holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and three daughters.

Brett Crable

Brett Crable, Strategic Account Manager, works with large national accounts to drive growth and help clients make sense of their supply chain at the highest organizational levels. Based in TMC’s Des Moines office, he brings a decade of experience in logistics to his role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Simpson College, where he also played on the school’s baseball team. In his free time, Brett is an avid sports fan, and he enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
