Travis Johnson

Travis Johnson

As TMC’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Travis Johnson oversees several divisions of the company, including Dedicated, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations. In all of these areas, he works to ensure driver success, exceed customer expectations, and maximize profitability for TMC’s long-term success. He has been part of the TMC team since 1995, and he holds a degree in transportation and logistics from Iowa State University. When not at work, he enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Mike Crist

Mike Crist, Senior Vice President of Logistics, leads the Logistics Division at TMC and oversees both day-to-day operations and larger strategic goals. He brings 13 years of experience in pricing, operations, and sales leadership in brokerage and asset to the role, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management from Iowa State University. An active member of his church, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and working out at the gym.

Keith Chyla

Keith Chyla is Vice President of Logistics and leads the Sales and Account Management teams for TMC Logistics. He has been helping clients transform their supply chain into a competitive advantage, solving supply chain challenges, and building strong customer relationships for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Keith enjoys spending his free time with family in the great outdoors, volunteering at church, and serving as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America.


Jordan Olsen

Jordan Olsen

Jordan Olsen is Vice President of Capacity Strategy. He is responsible for developing strategies to secure more capacity, strengthening current carrier relationships, and working with other vice presidents to determine overall strategy and structure for coverage teams. A graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in supply chain management and marketing, he has been part of the TMC team for nearly a decade. When he is not at work, he enjoys biking, reading, and traveling.

David Bennett

As Vice President of Logistics for the East Region, David Bennett leads a number of logistics offices with the goals of fostering collaboration, developing the general manager team, and supporting customer growth and development. He joined the TMC team in 2018 after more than 10 years at other logistics organizations and working as a consultant for third-party logistics companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cornerstone University, and he enjoys spending time with his four sons, podcasting about mental toughness, and playing golf.


Steve Feldmann

Steve Feldmann

As the Vice President of Logistics for the West Region, Steve Feldmann oversees five TMC logistics branches, leads the general manager team, and fosters collaboration and customer success. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the logistics field to the role, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. When he is not working, he enjoys being outdoors, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his three granddaughters.


Tom Luker

Tom Luker

Tom Luker is a Regional Vice President of Logistics, based in Fort Worth, Texas. He works to create strategic partnerships with new clients and serves as a mentor and resource for other sales professionals throughout the Logistics Division. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has extensive professional experience in transportation and logistics sales. In his free time, he likes to play guitar, perform improv and stand-up comedy, and spend time with his dog.

Mark Markos

Mark Markos is a Regional Vice President of Business Development for TMC. Based in the Chicago area, he represents TMC in the marketplace and helps new and existing clients find logistics solutions that work for their business. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, and transportation to the role, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Purdue University. He and his wife have two children, and he enjoys traveling, watching sports, and introducing his kids to the music he grew up with.

Ben Beaver

Ben Beaver is a Regional Vice President of Logistics Development at TMC. He is responsible for growing LTL business through onboarding new customers and managing customer relationships. Having spent 19 years in the transportation field, he has broad experience in a variety of aspects of the industry, including truckload procurement and key account management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University, and he and his wife have three children. In his free time, Ben enjoys bowhunting and coaching youth basketball.

Steve Sgroi

Steve Sgroi is a Regional Vice President of Business Development based in New York State. He has more than 30 years of experience in supply chain and logistics sales, specializing in leading multi-divisional deal strategies, building strong relationships with procurement executives, and delivering customized solutions to meet customers’ needs. A graduate of Onondaga Community College, Steve’s hobbies include playing golf, coaching youth sports, and cooking for friends and family, including his wife and their three children.

Clint Dearing

Clint Dearing is the General Manager in TMC’s logistics office in Fort Worth, Texas, where he leads a sales team focused on growth and profitability. In addition to his over 20 years of experience in the 3PL and 4PL industries, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain from the University of Arkansas. When he is not working, he plays competitive cornhole and enjoys cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Garret Alt

Garret Alt is the General Manager of TMC’s Ames, Iowa, logistics office. In this role, he oversees daily operations and works to grow his team and meet strategic goals to exceed customers’ expectations. He has been with TMC since 2017, working in several different roles at the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in agricultural studies, and he and his wife recently welcomed their first child.

Andrew Fischer

As General Manager – Excess, Andrew Fischer leads the team responsible for transporting asset’s Excess freight. He has been with TMC for over a decade, and he previously spent three years at another logistics company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children and traveling to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes.


Marcy Noble

Marcy Noble 

Marcy Noble, General Manager of TMC’s Des Moines, Iowa, logistics sales office, leads a high-performance logistics sales team with a focus on helping customers succeed. She has been in the transportation field since 1995 in several different roles, giving her a unique view into different aspects of the industry. She previously served in the US Army as a member of the military police in Germany. In her free time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with her pets and her family.


Jeff Scadden

Jeff Scadden

As General Manager of TMC’s Madison, Wisc., logistics office, Jeff Scadden leads daily operations and oversees sales activities for the office. He brings experience in logistics from several other major trucking companies to this role. He earned degrees in business marketing and management from University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where he was also a Division 1 swimmer. Jeff’s hobbies include keeping up with Wisconsin sports, traveling, cooking, working out, and learning about history.


Sam Philip

Sam Philip

Sam Philip is General Manager of TMC’s logistics office in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including establishing processes and procedures, developing talent, and formulating overall strategy. He has 25 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics field, and he holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and three daughters.

Asher Sircy 

As General Manager of TMC’s Logistics Office in Columbia, South Carolina, Asher Sircy is responsible for managing the operations of the office, growing revenue, and developing overall strategy. He has worked in a number of different roles in TMC’s Logistics Division, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. When he is not working, Asher is an active member of his local church, and he enjoys spending time with his wife.

John Barry

John Barry is the General Manager of TMC’s Chicago Logistics Office. He manages day-to-day operations, formulates overall strategy, and is responsible for revenue growth and development of the logistics team. He brings more than 15 years of experience in logistics to the role, with a focus on intermodal transportation. A graduate of Concordia University River Forest, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and dogs when he is not working.

Kurtis Nickel

Kurtis Nickel is General Manager of TMC’s logistics office in Jacksonville, Florida, where he works to expand logistics operations through both personnel development and revenue growth. He has a wealth of experience in the transportation and logistics sector, having spent 16 years in brokerage and intermodal operations at several large-scale trucking companies. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Kansas, and he enjoys traveling and staying active by running, hiking, and riding his bike.
