Growing up with modest resources, Curtis was determined to find a career that would allow him to earn enough to provide the best possible life for his family. He found that with TMC. At a typical job, success depends largely on other people. However, with TMC, Curtis has the freedom to be his own boss. This understanding has allowed him to make it in the company’s top ten drivers in terms of revenue for the past two years. The reason Curtis has remained with TMC is more than just the ability to make more money than with other carriers it’s the people.

Curtis’ Fleet Manager, Tom Rubbo, praised him saying, “Curtis is deeply respected and a pleasure to work with. He is self-motivated, encouraging and always willing to help others. Congratulations for making driver of the quarter, you have earned this award.”

“Curtis is an asset to the company, for sure. He takes the time to do the job right and teaches his trainees the same. His CSA score of 0 and nearly 1.2 million safe driving miles reflect his attention to detail, pride, and commitment in what he does,” says Drew Parker, TMC Safety Manager.

Criteria for Driver of the Quarter recognition includes years of service with the company, safe driving record, excellent customer service, professionalism and overall quality performance.
