Aaron Lott has been awarded Trainer of the Month for May 2020. Aaron is currently training his 19th driver since he started training only a year and a half ago! “Aaron has done an exceptional job for the Training Department and is always willing to take on any challenge we send his way,” says Jeff Geist, Training Coordinator Manager.
Aaron has seen phenomenal retention among the drivers he has trained. Just in the past year, every one of his 11 trainees are now in their own truck. Awesome job, Aaron! We are grateful for everything you do.
Driver trainers are vital to the TMC Training Department, and each month a trainer is chosen who demonstrates the outstanding qualities TMC looks for in a trainer. The Trainer of the Month recipient is chosen based on their safety record and the safety performance of their trainees, the number of drivers trained and the retention percentage of those drivers.
