Wellness Wednesday: You can do this
We often see a gap between where we are and where we want to be. It will take a lot of hard work to create change. Do you want to be healthier, have better relationships, or learn a new skill? What will it take? There is likely one simple thing you can begin to do. Discover it and be consistent every day. Master a single habit and then add another practice until you start to see the dots connect. Small changes did consistently over time bring significant results!
Below are some examples of small things you might do with consistency to reach your goal. Yours might be different, but you’ll get the idea. Instead of wishing for change and feeling overwhelmed, take control with simple habits!
Increase physical fitness:
Stretch every day.
Eat five vegetables every day.
Say “thank you” at least once every day, even if it is to yourself!
Learn a new skill:
Read a book on the topic for 10 minutes every day.
