Driver Appreciation Week - Message from Travis Johnson, EVP, Operations

Two words describe Driver Appreciation Week:

“Thank You.”

Thank you for everything you do day in and day out. Thank you for your many sacrifices. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Thank you for your loyalty. Driver Appreciation week is an opportunity for those of us in the office to recognize you, our drivers, for making TMC what it is today.

Harrold always talked about how our company culture was built on PRIDE: pride in what we do, pride in how we do it, and pride in who we are. Our customers tell us how we have the best drivers on the road, the best service amongst our competitors, and the best equipment in the industry. They ask how we do it. The answer is simple: we hire the best drivers in the industry, we have the best training in the industry, and our drivers take pride in their jobs every single day. Pride is a recipe for SUCCESS!

By now all of you have received your 2021 ESOP statements. For those of you that have been with us since the inception of ESOP, you know the impact this will have on your lives. For those of you that are newer please stay on this journey with us and you (and your family) will reap the benefits of being employee-owned as well. 2022 is shaping up to be a very successful year and we look forward to sharing those numbers with you next year.
