This week, September 14-20, we’re celebrating Driver Appreciation Week at every TMC terminal.

This is one of our favorite weeks of the year. It’s a chance to show our drivers how much we appreciate their hard work, their dedication, and everything they do for TMC and our customers.

Across the country, our drivers deliver the freight that powers our customers’ businesses. Rain or shine, they’re on the road, keeping our company—and our nation's economy—moving. Driver Appreciation Week let us show them how much they mean to us.

But our drivers are busy out on the road every week, and we know that not all of them can make it to a terminal, even during Driver Appreciation Week. We want every driver to know how much we appreciate them. That’s why we’ve changed our approach to Driver Appreciation Week.

How We’re Celebrating Driver Appreciation Week 2025

Like past years, we’ll still have food and events at our terminals for drivers who can make it through, so they can get a meal and a heartfelt “thank you” from our office staff.

But this year, we’re going the extra mile to make sure every driver feels our appreciation, during this week and every week of the year—even if they can’t make it to a terminal.

We’ve partnered with sponsors to send a care package to each driver in our fleet. The box includes a Driver Appreciation Week t-shirt, a hat, a gift card, two pairs of work gloves, and other items.

This way, we can show how much we appreciate all our drivers—especially the ones who are busy out on the road, making deliveries for our customers and setting the standard for flatbed transportation.

We’ll also have giveaways, games, and trivia contests on our driver app and our social media pages, to give drivers even more chances to win great prizes during the week, no matter where they are.

But above all, Driver Appreciation Week is a chance to say thank you to every TMC driver. Their hard work is the reason for TMC’s success, our 99.7% claim-free delivery record, and our excellent reputation. Without them, our company would not be what it is.
