TMC Announces Jen Kottka, as Logistics Associate of the Third Quarter!

TMC congratulates Jen Kottka (Brownsburg) on Associate of the Quarter. Jen has been with TMC since January 2017. As she embarks on four years with TMC, she has reached new heights with her position. In the third quarter, Jen has grown her gross revenue by 160% and her margin by 109% with 15 new accounts (in addition to her existing business).

Jen is an extraordinarily hard worker and is a true student of her environment. She even makes prospecting a family activity. In the day-to-day drive, Jen enlists the help of her passengers (her children) to help her identify names of companies on vehicles, or on job sites to identify potential leads. When Jen is at the grocery store or watching TV, she is taking pictures of products and companies to research the next day. Jen is constantly looking around for more opportunities to grow her business.

Jen attributes her growth to getting creative with all aspects of her LSR role. Adding new bill-tos, making time for calls, and being innovative with prospecting are daily missions that led to Jen’s increase in both revenue and margin. “Jen is a catalyst for positivity inside our office. She does a great job day-in and day-out contributing positivity and energy to Brownsburg. That energy leads into the way she sells, which is reflected by her 29 new accounts this year. Jen has done a tremendous job as a team lead, and helping to grow and develop the branch. ” Says Brownsburg General Manager, Ryan Goudy.
