Every sport chooses a championship team every year. In the Super Bowl, the World Series, or the Stanley Cup, there’s one team that rises above the rest.

For Driver Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating TMC’s champions of the road.

How We’re Hitting a Homerun for Driver Appreciation Week

Like last year, our 2026 plans for Driver Appreciation Week are focused on making sure that every TMC driver feels how much we appreciate them, even if they can’t make it to a terminal during the week. We’re not just holding barbecues at our offices—we decided to go for the gold medal and send a gift box to every driver.

Each box includes some real heavy-hitting items, including a t-shirt, safety vest, TMC hat, flashlight, tire pressure gauge, and tread depth gauge.

Plus, we’ll be running games and giveaways on our driver app and social media pages throughout the week, giving drivers even more chances to win great prizes.

And now for the grand slam: we’re giving away $10,000 to our drivers! We’ll be choosing 10 drivers to win $1000 added to their paycheck. Five winners will be chosen from drivers who have clean DOT inspections during Driver Appreciation Week, and five will be chosen from drivers who make it through the week without an accident or incident.
